Behind the Wheel Plan (tri city and tri valley area only )
All teens are required by the state of California to produce a certificate of completion of driver education and a white certificate of enrollment in driver training to the DMV to be eligible to take the permit test.

Once you sign up online for 6 hour behind the wheel, enrollment certificate will be mailed to you immediately. Please allow 3 to 6 business days for postal deliver. Or we may also hand deliver on the same day on request.
